Confirmation of Your Order

Upon completing your order on themedzcare.com, a message verifying the purchase details, including medication details and costs, will be sent. This occurs before reaching the payment page.

Proceed to finalize your order by making the online payment. After successful payment, a final acknowledgment confirmation will be sent, providing the total order cost and the expected delivery date.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fill your order entirely or partially due to stock unavailability, it will be explicitly mentioned in the final acknowledgment.

Shipping Dispatch Confirmation

Track your order on our portal after payment processing. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for shipping, usually within 24 to 48 hours post-order placement.

The email will include a shipment invoice with the invoice number, shipping details, and instructions for tracking the shipment.

International Shipping and Customs

themedzcare.com caters to both domestic and international customers. If you are an international customer, please be aware that customs inspections at ports or airports may introduce additional delays.

Allow extra time for customs checks, which may take days to weeks. Your parcel will typically proceed to local delivery once customs inspection is complete.

Estimated Delivery Time

Local deliveries and those within defined territorial zones are typically delivered within a few days. However, unforeseen events such as customs delays, natural disasters, political unrest, or state-wide lockdowns may cause delays.

We generally dispatch orders between 15 to 20 working days. Please note that customs checks may add to this timeframe. Customers are responsible for tracking their packages, and should contact us if their package hasn’t arrived on average after 15 to 20 days.

Reshipping Lost Orders

In rare cases where a package is lost during transit, we take responsibility. We usually reship lost orders or provide a refund, excluding taxes and customs duties.

Customers must contact our hotline if they haven't received their packages after a maximum of 21 days for all domestic and international orders. Requests for reshipment or refund must be made within eight weeks of the final order placement.

No refund or reshipment will be issued if reported after 8 weeks.

Return and Refunding Policy

If a customer receives a dispatched order with a damaged or tampered seal, they must notify themedzcare.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
